1. Media is one of communication tools that people use to connect in society such as through radio, television, newspapers, magazines, and the internet that influence people widely.

2. Offline media is one of the tools that people use books, real objects, pictures/photos, flashcards, boards, etc.

3. Online media is one of the tools/technology for the people to communicate or to share information using WhatsApps, YouTube, Skype, Zoom, google class, or other media.

4. Current Research on ICT in ELT during this pandemic situation. Mostly people avoid being in the crowded places and using online technology to do learning activities with the students. That’s the most possible way to make the learning activities runs well during the social and physical distancing that we do in the current situation.

5. The advantages of ICT in ELT are:

a. The best complementary tool for teachers

b. Technology in language learning is motivating and stimulating for students

c. ease in managing and monitoring student progress

d. create a unique experience as much for teacher as the students

e. Promote interactivity and collaboration within learning

6. Possible SPACE for research of media ICT in ELT

I found one article that discussing about The use of ICT in teaching English as a foreign language. We know ICT as Communication Technology and how is it influence the students’ learning especially in this current situation. The integration of new ICT tools such as laptop, interactive whiteboard, LCD projector, internet and social networks in education support will help learners to use English in a very natural, real, communicative, and stress free language learning environment. ICT. It will help the learning activities and more on student-centered, and self-assessment for the older students. But, on the other hand, the integration of ICT can also bring certain disadvantages. The teachers may have difficulty in relation to the integration and implementation of technological.

7. Concluding Remarks

A Multimedia Offline Cell Phone System For English Language Learning that being very useful in enhancing the language skills of the students and have the advantage of being accessible by large number of students through their regular cell phone.

Then, the mind mapping-silent card shuffle combination technique gave a great significance to improve students’ achievement in writing a narrative text. It could be seen from the mean scores differences of both groups and also the result of interview. Then, the combination technique was very convenient for students.

 The effectiveness of picture crossword puzzle game in teaching vocabulary that can be inferred that the picture crossword puzzle is a good method in teaching vocabulary, but so does the conventional method (translation) for offline learning.

 Mobile assisted language learning for EFL learners’ perceptions toward the use of mobile applications in learning English that are considered to be useful and helped their learning, besides it was overall easy to use as one of the online learning.

 To add the online learning, one of them is YouTube. It is as a Media in English Language Teaching (ELT) Context: Teaching Procedure Text that has affective reasons for the use of video was argued from the standpoint that there is a good possibility that is students are familiar with YouTube, which could have a positive influence on their motivation.

As YouTube give the positive influence to the students’ learning (not only the bad one), video animation as teaching media in ELT also help the students to develop themselves during online learning that made the teachers need to be literate of any modern way of developing teaching and learning media. They need to learn software application which facilitates them in creating interesting and engaging animated media for teaching. Technology training is intended to help the teacher to choose the learning topics that will be designed and to assist the teachers to create animated videos using modern apps.
